South Coombe offers a unique location for a wedding reception, a special birthday or a family gathering.

You and your guests can have exclusive use of our four and five star country cottages and grounds. If you are the bride and groom, we have a bridal suite in our historic thatched Devon Longhouse, accessed through its own private garden and entrance.

We can offer you the opportunity to host your own personalized event in a luxuriously dressed marquee or – for something different – an exotic tipi.  We have a lush green meadow, adjacent to our cider orchard with fabulous Devon countryside vistas.  The style and size of the marquee is totally your choice.

You can also take advantage of all our leisure facilities, including our heated indoor swimming pool. Or, if you prefer, simply stroll around our 15 acres and take in the beauty of South Coombe.
