Holiday Cottage Availability

Whether you are planning a long leisurely holiday in Devon or a short ‘get away from it all’ break, South Coombe can offer high quality accommodation and leisure facilities (including the heated indoor swimming pool) to suite all occasions. All our cottages are welcoming, comfortable and packed full with character.

Whether you are looking for a pampering break, an active fitness weekend, a gourmet break, a golf break or somewhere perfect for a hen party – no problem – we can organize it for you.

Pre–planned or spur of the moment, a long weekend or midweek break can spice up any time of year. Our cottages are available all the year round and are comfortably heated in the winter – three have wood-burning stoves, with all fuel included in the price.

Why not visit in the spring and see the lambs on the hillside or perhaps in the autumn as the trees and hedgerows change colour.

Whenever you choose to visit us you will always receive a warm welcome at South Coombe Farm.

If you have any special requirements or just want to find out more about our facilities, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.

Arrival and Departure

Your cottage will be ready for you by 3 pm on the day of arrival. Sometimes it’s possible to have your cottage ready earlier. If this is of interest, please ask us at any time.

Please plan to vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of departure.

All our bed linen is percale and we provide all towels (including huge fluffy bath sheets) for the cottages. Bathrobes are provided in Orchard Cottage and can be hired for other cottages. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. Although cots are provided free of charge, cot bedding is not provided.

We kindly ask that guests provide their own pool and beach towels. Towels for the pool can be hired from us at a small extra charge if you happen to forget.

Except for Orchard Cottage, we are happy to accept pets on a one per cottage basis. Pets should NOT be left unattended in the cottages, allowed upstairs, in bedrooms or on the furniture.  Read our Pet Policy
